Breakfast. 1st excursion: Marina di Campo – Marina di Campo. Competitive ascents and long panoramic descents that finish on the beach. Route: Marina di Campo – Monte Perone – San Piero – Marina di Campo – Monte Orello – Lacona – Monte Tambone – Marina di Campo. Environment: scrubland, Mediterranean maquis, woodland. Distance 57.7 km. Total height difference: 1645 m Time: 4/6 hours (tourist cycling speed). Distance on bike: total. Technical difficulty: easy. Dinner – overnight stay. |

Breakfast. 2nd excursion: Sant’Ilario – Sant’Ilario. Along paths full of history and legend. Route: Sant’Ilario – Poggio – Marciana – San Cerbone – Monte Perone – Sant’Ilario. Environment: Mediterranean maquis, woodland, chestnut groves. Distance: 27 km. Total height difference: 711 m. Time: 3 hours (tourist cycling speed). Distance on bike: total. Technical difficulty: easy. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. 3rd excursion: Capoliveri – Capoliveri. Mines, beaches, breathtaking descents, fabulous routes including the spectacular mountain bike world cup descent between iron mines, enchanting coves and sea gull colonies. Route: Capoliveri – Ripalte farm – Monte Calamita – Monte Torricelle – Calanova – Ginepro – Poggio del Pozzo – Capoliveri. Environment: Mediterranean, scrub land, mines. Distance: 51.6 km. Total height difference: 860 m Time: 4/5 hours (tourist cycling speed). Distance on bike; total. Technical difficulty: easy.

Breakfast. 4th excursion: Porto Azzurro – Porto Azzurro. Panoramic paths and technical single track. Route: Porto Azzurro – Monte Castello – Acquabona – Monte Barbatoia – Monte San Martino – Villa Napoleone – Monte Orello – Casa Marchetti – Porto Azzurro. Environment: scrubland, Mediterranean maquis, woodland. Distance: 38.5 km. Total height difference 1294 m. Time: 4/5 hours ( tourist cycling speed). Distance on bike: 95%. Technical difficulty: challenging. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Morning: departure in motor boat from Marina di Campo port, we get to Pianosa after about 40 minutes sailing. Arrival at Pianosa, then we begin the guided mountain bike excursion on the splendid dirt track roads of the island. During the excursion we admire breathtaking views and we appreciate the perfumes of this now uninhabited island. Time of excursion: a choice of 3-5 hours. Difficulty: easy. Departure from the island of Pianosa at about 16.30. Dinner and overnight stay.
